With an MBA in educational leadership and management (with distinction), he's now pursuing a Doctor of Education, investigating the dynamics between leadership and neurodivergent educators. As an autistic and dyslexic individual, Simon brings a unique perspective, advocating for inclusion in educational settings. His commitment is further demonstrated through the founding of Neurodiversity in Education CIC, aiming to empower neurodivergent individuals within education.
