About Sydney

Sydney Elaine Butler is a Canadian Accessibility and HR Consultant, public speaker, and founder of Accessible Creates. As a neurodivergent advocate, Butler focuses on removing systemic workplace barriers for disabled, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ2S+ individuals. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management and draws on lived experience and professional HR expertise to help organizations build genuinely inclusive environments.

  • Policy Audits & Systemic Risk Reviews: Audits existing HR documentation, employee handbooks, and operational workflows to identify hidden barriers and ensure full alignment with regional accessibility legislation.

  • Accommodation & Operational Frameworks: Establishes actionable, step-by-step procedures for managing accommodation requests, accessible onboarding, and day-to-day inclusive communication across teams.


  •  End-to-End Inclusion Policy Creation: Drafts tailored, easy-to-understand inclusion policies—from accommodation frameworks to neuroinclusive workplace guidelines—designed to replace outdated practices with clear, equitable standards.

About Dragan

Carob Consult partners with organisations to develop confident leaders, strengthen teams and build healthy, high-performing workplaces.

Founded by Dragan Donkov, Carob Consult brings more than 10 years of professional coaching experience, supporting leaders and teams across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.

Dragan is an EMCC Accredited Senior Coach Practitioner and an EMCC Accredited Team Coach Practitioner. Before establishing Carob Consult, he spent more than 10 years in a leadership role within the Mental Health at the Workplace field, leading Malta’s largest Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

Child Trauma Consultancy provides trauma-informed training for professionals who work with trauma-affected people. Sessions are practical and jargon-free, helping educators, healthcare professionals, social workers, HR teams and other professionals understand how trauma shapes behaviour, and build the skills to respond, not react. Training is grounded in real-world application, drawing on lived experience and over 25 years working in child protection and trauma-informed practice
