In this workshop, we’ll explore memory components, its role in executive function, and how it affects neurodivergent individuals. You’ll learn practical personal strategies to better organize, manage, and support your memory through techniques, tools, and personalized systems.


For managers, we’ll discuss recognizing needs, providing accommodations, and fostering an environment for neurodivergent team members to thrive.
