I had the honor of speaking at the Pathways to Belonging: A Way Forward for Inclusive Vocational Excellence GIVE Project event. An event organised by The Malta Chamber and MCAST. This impactful initiative addresses key issues in inclusion, especially the dropout rate of neurodivergent individuals and their transition into the workforce. I shared insights on the importance of an “accommodations-first” approach to inclusion, highlighting the critical need for supportive practices to enable neurodivergent talent to thrive in the workplace.
