Description
In a full-day workshop, managers will uplevel their skills in understanding how to develop inclusive environments for neurodivergent talent. This will start by developing an awareness of Neurodiversity by understanding what it is and is not. This is followed by knowing how to identify strengths so management can focus on them and understand their challenges management know how to support them.
