Description
In a full-day workshop, managers will uplevel their skills in understanding how to develop inclusive environments for neurodivergent talent. This will start by developing an awareness of Neurodiversity by understanding what it is and is not. This is followed by knowing how to identify strengths so management can focus on them and understand their challenges management know how to support them.
Managers will develop new management strategies that will assist them in becoming coaches to better engage and create certainty through various engaging exercises. Included in the workshop is a workbook and by the end of that workshop the book will have an outline of new
